Because forums can be a bit confusing at first,
I have made a brief guide on how to use some of the coding and buttons (:
Some basics- bolding, italicizing and underlining.
There are 2 ways to do this.
First way is clicking either the B, I or U button and making the first half of the code appear.
Then write the word or words, and click the same button again, to have the second half of the code appear.
Second way is writing the word or words and highlighting it or them.
Then click either the B, I or U button and the code will go at the start and end of what is highlighted.
---
Now for links
For example, lets say you want a link to Creature Breeder.
Well here is the link...http://www.creaturebreeder.com
Want to make it more interesting and actually link it to the site? Want it to say Creature Breeder too?
Simple!
Click the little chain button which will open a drop down tab.
In the first box, write or paste the link.
In the second box, write what you want it to say.
Then Walah! [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]!
There is another way to do this, but its harder to explain, and requires remembering codes, lol
---
Now for Colour/Color
There are 2 ways to do this too.
First way is clicking the little button with squares of colours/colors, making a drop down tab appear.
Then you click any of the basic colours/colors and the full code for it will appear...Here is the code for blue
You must write inbetween the '][', like I did with the example, or it wont work.
Second way is writing the word or words and highlighting it or them.
Then click the squares of colours/colors button and choose your colour/color.
Then the code will go at the start and end of what is highlighted.
Also, you dont just have to use the basic colours/colors, you can use the hexadecimal colour/color code (like )
Text Size
To change the text size of some text click the button with the 2 blue A's and choose your size.
Then the full code for it will appear...Here is the code for small text
You must write inbetween the '][', like I did with the example, or it wont work.
---
I will write a bit more later, but for now thats all I have time to do (:
If you want help to do anything, ask me and I will explain it to you
